DIy fiction

On December 27, 2015, we unveiled the exhibition DIY FICTION, an exercise in story building curated by Paulina Ascencio and Geovana Ibarra with help from our Art Board, Paula Matos Gil, Chris Hill, and Duccio Ermenegildo. The exhibition space is conceived as a story-telling machine, and the artworks as literary components presented as characters, context, and circumstances in order to unchain conflicts and trigger possible solutions.

The exhibition features works created by Napoleón Aguilera, Melissa Alfaro, Ramiro Ávila, Isa Carrillo, Edgar Cobián, Jose Dávila, Rodrigo González Castellanos, Daniel Guzmán, Gonzalo Lebrija and Eduardo Sarabia, Alberto López Corcuera, Javier M. Rodríguez, Rubén Méndez, Jorge Méndez Blake, Mario Navarro, Humberto Ramírez, Gabriel Rico, Joaquín Segura, Emanuel Tovar, Álvaro Ugarte, Luis Alfonso Villalobos, and Bruno Viruete and will remain ope through March 1, 2017.
