Scoli Acosta has exhibited at Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA); the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles; LA><ART, Los Angeles; Galerie Lauren Godin, Paris; Maco, Mexico; Museo de Arte Contemporaneo, Monterry, Mexico; Center for Contomporary Art, Tel Aviv; Orange County Museum of Art; Museum Fridericianum, Kassel, Germany; and PS1/MoMA, New York, amongst others. Influenced by his love of literature and his extensive travels, Acosta (b. 1973) translates his personal experience of the world into poetic mixed-media works in which images and objects function like the words and phrases of a narrative.
