Hurricane Lorena Relief

Over the past week, Careyes residents and homeowners rallied to provide emergency relief to the community of Chamela, which found itself underwater as a result of Hurricane Lorena. We deployed reserve funds from the Hurricane Patricia Fund to purchase supplies for the cleanup effort, medications, and basic staples and received donations of clothing, linens, hot meals, and more. As the families piece their lives back together and kids return to school, we will continue to be there to support them.

We made a short video about the storm and our response. Check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTc9eUchY8I&feature=youtu.be
